All data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with end-to-end encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to your ticket data is restricted to you and authorized support staff only, enforced via Row Level Security policies.

Case records and messages are retained for a minimum of 2 years to support ongoing investigations and legal proceedings. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us directly, subject to any legal hold requirements.
